We are excited to announce that we have had another great year of Fueling the Cure! This year’s total donation to the Fueling the Cure campaign across all participating Co-ops is $226,323.00, bringing the lifetime total in donations to $2,219,447.45. This means we get to celebrate crossing the 2 million dollar mark that has been raised since the inception of the campaign!
Watching this number grow over the years has been really special, and Premier is grateful as always for being able to contribute to this meaningful campaign. We are proud to report that Premier alone was able to contribute $51,162.00 in the last year to Fueling the Cure, and we are looking forward to continuing our efforts with this campaign in the future.
About Fueling the Cure
Fueling the Cure was established in September 2009 with the hope of finding a common goal for agricultural cooperatives to better their communities through the support of cancer research. Partnering cooperatives donate $1 per delivery stop of bulk propane to promote cancer research and prevention, with donations going to The Cooperatives for Fueling the Cure Endowment Fund at The Ohio State University Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. To date, Fueling the Cure has been able to raise over 2 million dollars towards cancer research and prevention!
