It all starts with our sales team who ensure the specifications of your project are clearly communicated to the service team. “We want our service technicians to know exactly what they are getting into so they are 100% ready for the job at hand when they show up,” says Jeff Axsom, Director of Propane Operations. Safety is the top priority and we ensure everyone on our team is trained and certified. Additionally, our teams focus on communication to ensure your needs are met. Reliable service, fair pricing and doing what we say we are going to do are key parts of our customer service equation.
This quote from a customer on a recent installation is one we were delighted to receive, and it was not the first time these team members had been commended.
